Carolyn Boyd

Carolyn M. Boyd is a Canadian artist who has a great passion for creating and teaching art. The wondrous beauty of nature has always inspired her. Nature themes are what interests her the most, but she likes drawing and painting many other things as well.

Over the years, she’s studied several fine art media. Carolyn enjoys working in acrylic, watercolour, graphite, coloured pencil, pastel, encaustic, oil, enamel, and mixed media. Her styles include realism, impressionism, expressionism and abstract.

Carolyn has studied privately under many professional artists, and at Seneca College, Georgian College, and North Light Art School. She has a certificate in the Fundamentals of Fine Art. Carolyn has sold arts and crafts for many years, and owned/operated a fine arts business, gallery and studio; Bluehaven Art Studio: 1999-2005. She currently sells her artwork and jewellery in various stores, galleries, and events. She also teaches art workshops and offers private art lessons.
