Cory Behara

I was born August 1974 in Oklahoma. Growing up I had the opportunity to study under some wonderful watercolorist for many years. I studied at the University of Central Okalhoma as a graphic design major. I now live in Quincy, Massachusetts, where I have been a full-time artist since 2009. I strive to instill in the painting and viewer the time, place, and energy that was present when the image caught my eye. Color, lighting, and the intricate patterns of nature play a substantial role in my paintings. Capturing rich organic forms and patterns in watercolor is an enjoyable and challenging experience.
