CHRISTIAN VON SYDOW

Born in Lund, Sweden / Né à Lund, Suède 1950


Started as studiopotter in 1974. In the 80s he worked with industrial design i.e. for the Rörstrand porcelain factory. 1984-89 glass, Kosta Boda.
1996-2006 he worked in his own glass studio with his wife Ulla.
2002-2003 glass instructor/ Artist in residence, SCF, Hokkaido, Japan.
Since 2012 he lives and works in Provence.

Commencé comme ceramiste en 1974. Dans les années 80 , il a travaillé avec c'est à dire de design industriel pour la manufacture de porcelaine Rorstrand. 1984-1989 verre , Kosta Boda.
1996-2006 il a travallé dans son propre studio de verre avec son épouse Ulla.
2002-2003 Artist in residence, SCF, Hokkaido, Japan.
Depuis 2012 il vit et travaille en Provence.
