Born in 1948 in Bellaire, Texas, Carole Boyd has been a professional musician, sing/songwriter, tennis pro, equestrian and trainer, gallery owner and attorney. She still practices law, but manages to also paint original digital art, an emerging form of fine art. She draws inspiration from the beautiful Texas Hill Country where she formerly resided and now from the wonders of the South Texas beaches and sanctuaries. This emerging artist has become recognized and published both locally and nationally and has sold paintings to collectors in the continental United States and abroad. She was selected this fall to have her art appear in the Conde-Nast House & Garden artist editions during September, October and November 2020. She also exhibits regularly in the Brownsville Museum of Fine Art.
Graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Batchelor of Arts degree, minors in fine arts, drama and dance. Obtained a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and has maintained a private practice for more than 30 years while also pursuing interests in art, music, horses and Native American pottery, art and artifacts.,
