Claudio Chanquet Rodrigo

Born in Montevideo, Uruguay; 1963.

Architect since 1991. Professor of Design and Architectural Project at the Architecture Faculty, Uruguay University; 1993-2013.

Self-taught fine artist.

Claudio has participated in architecture, graphic design, drawing and painting competitions for more than 30 years. In several of these he has obtained Awards and Mentions: French Embassy, Pre-Olympic 88, Travel group of Architecture Faculty lottery, ICUS, CUDECOOP, ADAU, The Uruguay Automobile Club biennial, Uruguay National Bank biennial of drawing and painting, Plaza Astorga contest, Jewish Community Holocaust Memorial contest.
