1961, Pheonix, Arizona, USA Im fascinated with color!I dont consider my self any one genre, as I find labels to be inherently limiting and art is infinite. I paint what calls to me, I paint what catches my eye in the hopes of letting others see what I see.As an artist, Im fascinated with the process of art, not just the end result. I believe that the creative process is inherent in human beings, a need that has found outlet from the cave paintings of the Neolithic to the contemporary art scene involving computer generated images.
For me, it's all about the image; doing whatever it takes to get the image from my head to the substrate. Sometimes it's a battle between me and the image. Sometimes I win, sometimes the image has it's own way of coming out.
