I am a self-taught artist. I used to draw and paint when I was very young, but never had the time to pursue my love of art. Five years ago I decided it's time to go back to my life passion. I started out with pencil drawings, graphite and watercolour but once I was introduced to oils, I've been doing oil paintings ever since. It's been such a joy for me to be able to put down on canvas something that captures my attention and stirs something inside me.

My work reflects my dreams, my fantasies, my soul. My inspiration comes from everything I see around me, music, the clear blue sky, a cloud, the waves. I'm fascinated by the human body and the way our emotions show on our face even when we try to hide it. Walking down the street my eyes get drawn to the people around and I see a painting instead of a person.

Art is a passion for me and without it I simply cannot breathe. My goal with my artwork is to share this gem of a gift with whomever it crosses paths with.
