Daija Ginyard is a senior at Oakland University (Rochester, MI) where she will graduate with her BA this fall. She has participated in festivals and small shows and exhibited in a gallery for the first time this March. Daija’s work aims to be impactful in the discussion of the representation of black bodies in art. Daija resides in Macomb County, Michigan.
