I am a practicing Registered Nurse and a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. In my professional life as a hospice nurse, I saw the beauty and ugliness of life. I saw the beauty of life thru the eyes of my patient and their family during this trying times, but I also saw the ugliness of the disease they are going thru. One way of over coming the stress of my work is thru ARTS.
All my life I have loved ARTS, from cooking, music and Photography. When I started to learn how to cook at the age of 7, I wanted my food to be a work of art. My philosophy ever since is that "simple foods when prepared artistically will taste even better". That holds true with my love for Photography. Enhancing a simple photograph with your own artistic concept can make the photo more expressive that can reveal different expressions from the artist. My subject is nature, I love capturing the beauty of nature so that I can cherish and appreciate it over and over again. My photography is a hobby not a career but my family friends inspired me to share my work. They encourage me to share my work to other Arts lover. It's them who appreciated and loved my work.
