Danny R. Peralta is a multimedia artist based in Charlotte, NC and New York City. A first generation born Dominican-American, he has created award-winning works of art integrating his leadership work with his creative practice. After many years as a successful camera-based art, he recently began using other media - paint on paper, handmade book making, sculpture, etc. - to express himself.
Many of these works featured on this site are personal pieces that reflect my journey, relationships and emotional mind-state. When grouped together they attempt to physically capture the movement, shapes and colors that shape his memory. Working with this approach since 2020, he now presents narratives that response to the time they were created.
