EXHIBITIONS
I am a self-taught artist, based in Assam, India. My curiosity as a child led me to the wonderful world of art. Actively painting since I was in school, my works have been exhibited in several major as well as minor cities in India, as well as in smaller exhibitions in England, Switzerland and France. My recent works are inspired by folktales of Assam--my home and a small yet surreally beautiful state in India. I'm also experimenting with individual pieces that are a combination of wood carving and acrylic on canvas.
