Diana Tuchs

Hello everyone! My name is Diana Tuchs, I'm artist. Growing up in St. Petersburg, which is the cultural capital of Russia, I loved museums, art, theater. From an early age I enjoyed all activities involving arts and crafts. My life as a professional artist began at the age of 16, when I’ve sold watercolors paintings with views of Russia to foreign tourists at my parents' store.

I graduated from art school and when faced with the crucial decision of what direction to take as a career there was no question that it had to involve art. But rather than embarking on further education to become an artist I studied Multimedia Design.

After attending the State University of Culture and Arts I embarked on a successful career as a designer. This experience has allowed me to develop an understanding of balance, composition and color that shines through in my artwork.

Having retired from the hectic world of design and big city, I now live in the south of Russia, near the Black sea and has succeeded in my lifelong dream to be an artist. The flora and fauna are abundant and I am surrounded by inspirational topics to paint.

My paintings are already in many countries of the world! It has become the main business of my life!
