Daria Kindulkina

Hi ! I am Daria Kindulkina.
She was born in 1997 in the city of Chelyabinsk.
My art classes began in kindergarten No. 9
in Chelyabinsk.
One day, an art teacher came up to my mother and said: "Your daughter definitely needs to spend more time drawing, because she is diligent, she has a keen sense of color and composition on paper." So I began to study additionally under the strict guidance of Galina Nikolaevna from the age of 4: I got acquainted with my own and falling shadows, the concepts of volume and construction... And 2 years later, my first personal exhibition of drawings was held in the corridor of the kindergarten!

After graduation, I continued to study with Galina Nikolaevna and at her insistence, I began to prepare for admission to the art school (DKHSHI of
Chelyabinsk). I passed all the creative exams successfully, I entered the first time at the age of 10. And so my path in painting began...

While studying in the 9th grade, I planned to finish the 11th grade and go to study at the CHGIK (Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture) as a designer, because I wanted to continue drawing and I considered this profession to be in demand and promising.

Such thoughts were until the middle of the 10th grade, until a friend called me to the CHU (Chelyabinsk Art School), now the Tchaikovsky Yurgii (South Ural State Institute of Arts), to help with the distribution of student works completed during the first semester of the first course.

The smell of paint, the creative atmosphere, stories about the life of the school, the high level of students... In an instant, I revised my plans and wanted to leave school to study here, but I decided to finish the 11th grade anyway, in order to understand whether there would be a desire to go to study as an artist, suddenly after some time I would want something else. And from that moment I began to prepare for admission to the school in creative disciplines.

Deep down, I always wanted to live in St. Petersburg and thought of entering the St. Petersburg N. K. Roerich School, but my parents dissuaded me by saying that ...
