The world is a vast place full of mystery, beauty and richness and so much of it is overlooked in our busy lives. I notice these vignettes of composition and light from the ordinary to the spectacular. The philosopher Marcel Proust summed up what photography is to me when he said, "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes."

I'm drawn to photography because I enjoy capturing those moments which, more often than not, seem more beautiful when captured by the camera than in reality. Finessing those images into my own expression and sharing them with others is my passion.

As a self-taught photographer, I began my creative pursuits in 2000. Since then, I have grown a lot in regard to my craft and have seen much of the world. Travel has given me an appreciation of how vast and diverse this world is and photography allows me to connect to the world and engage with others.

From the time I capture the image to the final print, I take great pride in my work. My goal is to produce artwork that people connect with and will enjoy viewing every day. I hope my imagery captures your attention and helps you appreciate the elements of art & design in the finished piece.
