Elena Karagianni

I am Elena Karagianni, a Visual artist, an Art Educator and an Art Activist. In addition to my visual work, I participate as an Art educator for vulnerable groups such as refugees, HIV positive prisoners, sex street workers, and others. In my artwork I am concerned about the female figure, which I often transform through the visual arts and through the photographic compositions and I try to investigate the stereotypes that concern it.
