Elisabeth Shaffer

I, Elisabeth, was born in Bavaria, Southern Germany. Left at a young age and lived many years in Switzerland, Denmark, Australia, Peru and several US States (Kentucky, California, North Carolina, Florida). Travelled throughout Europe and the Middle East
Painting always fascinated me. It is an outlet for my emotions. I love nature, fantasy, magic, mythology and spirituality. Being conscious of my surroundings and keeping my eyes and heart open, I find inspiration everywhere.
My mediums are watercolor and mixed media. I am using beautiful Fabriano Artistico, Traditional White, 300lb watercolor paper and unique high chroma Holbein Irodori Antique Watercolors.
I won awards and sold work in Germany and the US (Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida).
My husband, I and our two cats are now living permanently in Florida.
