Emre Efe

Emre Efe was born in 1993 in İzmir, Turkey. His journey into art began during his early school years, when his teachers recognized his talent for drawing. What started as a natural interest gradually evolved into a deep passion. He completed his secondary education in emergency medical services, where he gained in-depth knowledge of human anatomy. This understanding greatly enriched his artistic perspective and inspired him to focus on portrait and figurative graphite works.

After graduating from high school, he began working as a surgical nurse in the field of plastic surgery. This role gave him the unique opportunity to closely observe the aesthetic structure of the human body, providing a strong foundation for his figurative studies. A significant turning point in his artistic path came when he met painter Cristina Katarina Ernst. With her support and encouragement, Emre transitioned into oil painting as a means to further develop his artistic expression. Oil paint became his preferred medium, allowing him to convey emotions, observations, and figurative compositions with greater depth and vibrancy.
