Elisa Urrejola

Elisa Urrejola was born in Spain, in Castilla(Leon). In her
early childhood, her family moved to Paris where she grew up.Her father worked for an enamel workshop. It was the 70's.
: "On non-school days,I loved to watch him create jewelry, fashion accessories, he mixed powders and piecces of glass that came out the kiln with bright, shiny colors. I admired the shapes, the reliefs, the transparencies with gold or silver settings..."
As an adult, her professional life led her to travel in africa and the Indian Ocean but drawing remained her passion. She has made her own technique that consists of a cold enamel effect and acrylic.
Self-taugt artist, she wanted to recreate in her works what, as a child,dazzled her.
