Zhao Yongchang

The aesthetic temperament of the East has the greatest influence and inspiration for me in its charm and strength. The eastern classic sculptures that we can see today give me the greatest impression of the shape of "circle", from the lines to the shapes, all present a kind of "circle" wisdom. I am an uncompromising fan of oriental aesthetics, and I practice it in my own artistic creation. When I was a child, my parents and family gave me a very relaxed and positive childhood. Outside of my studies, I liked to study and make "weapons" and "martial arts secrets". The sword represents my spiritual will, which can stifle evil, promote justice, and express my inner free soul. This is probably my very romantic "Martial Arts Dream" at first, a kind of spiritual pursuit that is divorced from reality. I think that my creative content may have already laid the groundwork for the transition from children to teenagers.

Teenagers are always pinned on hopes for the future. Everyone has a "rebellious period" in the sociological sense, why are we defined as "rebellious" and "rebellious"? Because we initially formed our own worldview, began to have thoughts, and tried to integrate knowledge and action.
