I'm crazy in love with my wife and business partner of 8 years. I've sculpted and designed jewelry for 20 years and I've lived with bipolar depression even longer. After a major emotional breakdown 1 year ago, I felt the urge to put paint to canvas. I ran to the local art store and then Home Depot in a manic haze and bought enough acrylic paint, industrial gel based oil paint, canvas, brushes, and frame materials to last a lifetime. I normally only have one balanced week each month and the remaining 3 weeks are spent either struggling to come down from a euphoric manic state of limited self-control and/or climbing out of the bed or off the floor after days/weeks of depression. Each painting has expressions of conflict and stability.
