Mariano Baione

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1978.
I studied photography at the National School of Photography, with the help of Jorge Mónaco between 2005 and 2009.

I've published my first photography book "Subte" in 2011.
I work on corporate software sales; however I dedicate my life to photography.
I've always been interested in social communications and images as a support.

In the relentless search for new stories and new projects to be told, I use photography as a means of expression.

Each project I carry out is a story open to interpretation. The use of the photography language in each detail of images, in each part of the process is essential. The final result is a document that lasts in time waiting to be discovered by the interest of others, those interested in our history, those who read about the past to understand the future. My projects focus on social behaviors, evolution and involution, the beauty and the ugliness of everything we create. Each project has taken me to several cities and countries to get involved in the proposed subject matter and thus get an unbiased view. Results are at your disposal for your appraisal and enjoyment.
