As an artist working with oil on canvas, I find inspiration in the delicate interplay between nostalgia and memory. My artistic journey is a celebration of those fleeting moments that stick in our minds—the bits of life from the past and present that shape how we see things.
I'm fascinated by the complexities of our minds as I navigate my way through the worlds of art and creativity, exploring their natural healing qualities. Every day, we decide how we view the world, and we have the power to choose how we react and how memories affect our behaviour.
Besides my visual art, I express myself through music, playing the piano at weddings, funerals, and just for the joy of it. I believe in the shared power of celebrating, grieving, and expressing various emotions together. In my visual works, from the smallest details to larger scenes, each painting tells a purposeful story.
My paintings come in different sizes, from small canvases that invite close inspection to larger pieces that fill a room and can change the atmosphere. I like to keep things simple with a classic, timeless gallery tray or box frame.

I studied Fashion Design and Art in Pretoria, South Africa. But I've been painting and creating since I was a child.

I get into the zone when I'm painting and pour my soul into my work. I draw inspiration from what's around me, the colours and the textures.

I paint in acrylics and oils on canvas. I love the soft finish of an oil painting. The luxury that no other medium quite comes close to.
