Andrzej Folfas

I was born in the Tatra Mountains, Poland. I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, but the Tatra with its rich and colourful tradition have always had a very strong impact on my paintings. Impetuousity, temperament, vitality and phisical strengh caracteristic of the mountaneer's nature are present in my work. I love colour, sharp line and synthetic form. I am fascinated by women's erotic and mysteriousness.
