Janusz Gilewicz

Janusz Gilewicz has been painting since earlychildhood- thanks to his grandfather Felix, who first inspired him to pick up a brush .in age of 18 he have met his mentor Jerzy Trutkowski with whom he worked as aprentice . Since leaving Poland, Gilewicz has lived in many countries including Italy, Japan and the United States, where he currently lives and works. Gilewicz is a fine artist

Janusz was born into a family of painters. In his early age he studied under his grandfather, and later continued to teach himselfhow to paint. At the age of 18 he apprenticed with Jerzy Trutkowski. Janusz has worked and exhibited his art in the U.S., Europe, Japan,Australia, and Brazil.
