Olga Kleytman is a versatile artist; she's fluent in painting, drawing, and printmaking. With subject matter varied from figure to still-life, Olga’s artworks reflect on her surroundings and are autobiographical. Born and raised in Ukraine, Olga moved to the USA in 2005, where she was happy to resume her artistic practice.
My current media of choice is printmaking. I start with the idea of a simple plate and then through experimentation and, sometimes, accidental discoveries, the print transforms and finds its new state. I am enjoying intaglio and relief printmaking processes, some of my works are a combination of both.
