World @ Night

Most of the paintings in this show have sold, These are the ones that remain. Now that I’m experimenting with acrylics, this medium allows those rich darks, and glowing brights that provide an electric feeling of night. Nighttime also allows breaking some rules of atmospheric perspective and let’s shapes merge together and appear out of shadows. Without too much detail and with a roughness, the night offers it’s own appeal.
