EXHIBITIONS
As an esxperimental artist, I am deeply interested in the hand-made and natural process. For me Art is a creative and active process behind the final piece.
My work is a mix of different techniques and traditions: Nihonga dye, sumi-e and batik.
I use natural pigments, stone ink but today, I preffer make my own colors from a fermentation process. Personally, I find the process of making my own colors more interesting both ecologically and artisticly. it opens up more possibilities in the evolution of my future work.
