Ardeleanu Roxana Elena

Central to my artistic practice are the encounters of various cross-disciplinary ideas and mediums as means to create semiotical spaces of reflection on aspects of human condition. Most active themes and questions revolve around spirituality and esotericism, consciousness, science and literature, dreaming and being, transhumanism, embodiment and synaesthesia. Always through a self-referential lens, I approach painting in a multidisciplinary way, oftentimes seeking to redefine and question its role within installations that use soundscapes, human movement and writing.
