Howard Carr earned an Art Degree at Chouinard Art School in L.A., CA and a fine arts degree from Cal Arts, Ca. It's an on going quest to perfect what I love most, Painting and of course my wife and God.
I work hard at making my technique, color , and mood seem simple by focusing on the important parts of the painting.
Howard's contributions to the art world are numerous.
Authored & Illustrated many leading books & magazines, and instructs international Art Workshops.
