Oleksandr Belianskyi

Belianskyi Olexandr Nikolayevich (31 of May 1950, Lugansk) - Honored Artist of Ukraine, famous Ukrainian painter and educator who has made a significant contribution to the development and formation of modern art education in Ukraine.
