Cova Orgaz

I am a sculptor working primarily with cardboard to create animal figures within the language of contemporary Arte Povera. My work transforms a humble, fragile material into enduring figurative sculptures that explore strength, fragility, and companionship.

I divide my time between Bilbao and London, where I live and work throughout the year. My practice reflects both the intimacy of craftsmanship and the vitality of contemporary art, bridging personal narratives with universal symbols.

Studied Fine Arts and Sculpture in Spain. Additional training in music at the Conservatory, which continues to influence the rhythm and structure of my sculptural work.

My sculptures have been shown in galleries across Spain, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, including both group and solo exhibitions. Notable presentations include:
