Jesus De Alvaro

31 year old, spanish, self-taught photographer, currently based in Berlin. I discovered my interest for phography when i got my first digital camera in 2005. What started as a hobby became a second job for a couple of years, when i worked for a photography studio doing weddings, and then my main job when i decided to move to London, and then Berlin to sell my pictures in arts and crafts street markets.

In past years my main interests have been architecture and the geometry of the streets and urban scenes, lately trying to combine these with concepts or ideas, often in a surreal-but-possible way.

Currently working in a project about Berlin art and architecture aesthetics during the Weimar republic period.
