Joshua Ben Joseph

I remember holding a drawing pencil for the first time, at the age of 2. I was on my grandpa's lap and he was guiding my hand. I remember him calling the outcome a masterpiece. Art is all about the process and our perception of beauty. It is when an artist can convince the viewer to look at the work through his eyes, do we truly have a masterpiece in hand. Most of my art is inspired from my research into the occult and from my love for comic book illustration and engravings. I draw a lot of inspiration from my upbringing in the Orient. And it ranges from being bright and full of life to being the mirror image of the abyss.

Graduated in the year 2017 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Annapurna International School of Film+Media,India with a specialisation in Animation+VFX.
