Chiara Complice

My interest in art has led me to experience with people, ideas and materials. In my works, the mesh is not just the conjunction of metal strips, but becomes an experimentation of complicity: visions and gestures that intersect and become matter. I mainly use recycled aluminum, which I have chosen for its ecological characteristics but also for its sensuality, plasticity of linear and curved shapes, its brilliance that reflects the world, its contrasts: resistant but delicate, cold but leading heat. With my works I play with light: an atmosphere that becomes reflection on things and their way of being.
