This piece is composed of recycled paper pulp, applied on galvanized steel mesh. Once dry, the paste is impregnated with epoxy resin. At these stages, there is also a polishing job with a rotary tool and the application of a patina. It is fixed on a polished aluminum base. This piece is part of a trilogy inspired by the 3 monkeys.

The human being with his dreams, his fears and his condition, are themes that fuel my creativity. I mainly work with recycled paper pulp and epoxy resin. On a metal mesh base or wood , I apply several layers of paper pulp which will be successively painted and soaked in resin. The parts are then refined with polishing tools. The different properties of this material allow me to have fun with the textures, the finishes and colors. The end result is a great robustness allowing the durability of the work.
