Otto Batuhan Turker

Otto is a cross-disciplinary artist and academic with degrees in painting and architecture. Otto's constructions mediate contemporary dialogues through architectural and structural processes, cross-spanning disciplines of cultural and historical studies, recycling technologies, and material-oriented art & science. Otto was awarded by various institutions including the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Architizer, Izmir Association of Architects in Private Practice, Istanbul Municipality, ArtAnkara Contemporary Art Fair, and World Architecture Community. He also has taken part in more than twenty international collections and exhibitions. Also, Otto is currently teaching art and architecture at Bilkent University and pursuing Proficiency in Painting.
