It is through unexpected moments guided by my instinct that a detail, a reflect, a ray of light catches my attention. Whether it is an everyday scene frozen in time or a moment of calm in a spark of the night, I build an imprint of time that will become a work of art. In my own way I let others see my daily universe, what distracts me of routine, what I find beautiful. I attack the moment because I resent him for slipping away, for escaping me. I want to possess it, control it. I have this ability to capture a moment in time even for a slight second. My images move, evolve and live before our very eyes. I cannot let myself accept the immortalisation of the death of time, even though it is inevitable. I am constantly resourcing myself, hunting our environment’s geometry, its’ vanishing points. I observe in the simplest innocence how life unveils itself, and I am looking for a answer to a question I have not yet found. In the reflection of water or in the mirror effect of glass buildings, I discover a parallel universe, constructed by the angle of my eye. I keep challenging the definition of what human perception is, since the imprint I create of these reflections is simply a mere image of another.
