Winds of change Painting

My name is Anthony Lusignan I am a landscape oil painter from Edmonton Alberta. I find nature to be mystical and beautiful and I paint almost anything nature related. Everything I paint comes from inside my head and I sometimes personify nature to represent something or someone in my life. Often my dreams are a source of inspiration, I've always believed that within the dreamworld lyes the window to the imagination. When I was young I spent a lot of my free time within nature's mystical beauty, drawing and listening to the trees whisper and imagining the mysterious world around me often dozing off. I have spent many years playing with different styles and techniques attempting to create a style that brings the mystical dreamy feel through all of my works. I truly believe that a great piece of Art takes a connection to the soul, vision and passion to express it and hard work to make people believe it. I often spend weeks on a painting until I feel I've achieved exactly what I envisioned. Some of my other passions in life include ancient philosophy, modern physics and almost any type of instrumental music which usually in one way or another directly influences my artworks.
