In his works, which include both paintings, ink works and digital graphics, he uses abstract lines and human shapes subjected to subjective deformation. When looking for inspiration, Karol Więch reaches for prehistoric and traditional art, although in his work one can see echoes of fauvism, art brut and new figuration.

The motifs of armed conflicts, collective persecution, loss of individuality appear here, which coexist alongside the need for love, recognition and searching for meaning in the changing reality. The frame that binds the works together, as the author himself notes, is the timeless circulation of certain universals hidden under the aesthetic facade of the work.
