“Nowhere else does light come out with such strength as from the deepest darkness”

I started as a child with drawing, as I imagine everyone does, when I seemed to have a million things to say and few words, then I moved on to restoration, sculpture, painting. Today the bulk of my work is in scratchboard, a slow and demanding technique, which allows me to bring the drawing closer to the sculpture while I engrave the layer of color on the transparent support with a pin.

I attended the sculpture course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna (IT), the "Fresco Restoration Course
and Stone furnishings" in Reggio Emilia (IT)
and the Master of Illustration
of "Ars in fabula" in Macerata (IT).
