Soo Lee

Ever since I discovered the great impressionists like Van Gogh, Cezanne, and Gauguin as a child , I wanted to be a artist.

Since then, I have realized that painting truly is the thing that makes me happiest and has kept my passion for life going.

My life has taken me through many roles such as working in sales, intenaional import/export, being an art director for a local gallery , and getting multiful successful food business off the ground and sold .
While I am now proprietor of a small cafe , my heart has remained belonging to art.

While I have not had a chance to phisically exhibit my pieces in Korea yet, some of my artwork is featured online on th website for the Econrock Gallery in Seoul.

Studied at Art Academy of Hongik University for 1 year
in 1990

Studied Fine Art at UCLA for 2 years in 1994~1996 after emigrate to United States

I came back to Seoul in 2012
