Russian artist Pavel Serov was born in the steppe capital of Russia - the city of Orenburg in 1956, with which his whole life is connected. Most of his creative heritage is filled with images of the nature of the Orenburg region. Sketches, sketches in the open air and easel painting in the studio are an integral part of his daily life. Service in the fire department sharpened feelings for the element of fire, and gave rise to a number of paintings on the fire theme, inspired the creation of original graphic illustrations for the novel of the Russian writer. Pavel Serov especially gravitates towards the oil painting technique, but works great with watercolors, pastels, ink, and acrylics.
In 1972 he graduated from the art school, in 1976 - the fire school in Yekaterinburg, in 1980 he received a law degree from the Moscow Law Academy.
Designed the interiors of the fire and oil departments in Orenburg. Participated in exhibitions of painting and graphics. The artist's works are in private collections in the cities of Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, in the funds of museums of fine arts, police, and the museum of the history of the fire department of the city of Orenburg.
