I am a contemporary artist in fine art figure drawing and painting. With my work, I invite viewers to examine the human, to see themselves and the other; the male gaze and the female gaze. My portraits, created with charcoal, pastels, and oil paint, are dreamy and show often a desire for freedom and love in a very complex world. My studio in The Hague, The Netherlands, is open for visits.
