My Naturescapes have all grown out of my fascination with nature and herbal lore. We have forgotten so much about the uses of different plants, with many labelled as weeds - the word 'weed' actually comes from the Anglo-Saxon name for all herbs or small plants. A number of plants we label as 'weeds' today (dandelion & nettle being two prime examples) have long been valued for their medical or health giving properties. The naturescapes are all made from real plants, creatures etc that have all been found by myself (no creatures have been harmed).
