Ida Saitta

She started her activity in 1992 with some famous Sicilian artists "Gruppo 2001" and her works was collected by pubblic and private institutions.
In the late ‘90 she started her collaboration with the famous critic and art historian internationally Lea Mattarella, that wrote a lot of articles about the arts of Ida, curating some her exhibitions.
In 2000, he founded the art treaty of "Linear Magnetism", a movement that outlines the principle guidance of the new perception of contemporary art that becomes directly heritage of humanity.
In 2001- she received the first award the “Premio Pirandello Liolà” at the SPASIMO DI PALERMO, from the hands of Aurelio Pes.
From 2002 to 2006, he collaborated with the Fmagazine Media Magazine (London), with many feedbacks from Japan and China.
In 2006- She became part of the Collection of the Contemporary Art MUSEUM of Gibellina Sicilia.
In 2014 - Performs a pictorial work, a mural on the facade of the building of the Town Hall of San Biagio Platani (AG) Sicily.
In 2017 Some of her pictures became part of the Collection of the Contemporary Art MUSEUM of the Museum of the Rome Foundation and of the Palazzo Sciarra Collection in Rome.

Ida Saitta was born in Palermo, she had legal and economic university education.
In the beginning of the 90s Ida Saitta has frequented workshops of art masters, both from the school of Renato Guttuso and from the French school of the sculptor Jean-Pierre Velly.
