Elise Hegedus

With a recurring play on shapes and materials, and through the constant exploration of creative spheres, Elise has developed a subtle and personal visual language over the years.
Claiming no particular attachment to any artistic movement, her work clearly draws its roots in the masters of abstraction (Kandinsky, Mondrian, Fontana), in the architecture of Gehry, Le Corbusier or Niemayer, and in the creations of contemporary designers such as Starck and Crasset.
However, freedom is probably what best describes Elise's creative process.
Mixing several techniques such as painting, photography, sculpture, sewing, collage, writing or embossing, Elise provides us with a readable and sensitive work.
Born in 1975 , Elise lives and works in Paris.
