Teo San José

The dialogue between my perceptions and emotions has led me to create sculptures over the last 40 years.
Different materials, discourses and above all languages have led me to pose art as a question:
Is art the human capacity to transfer the perceptions of the soul to the senses?
That is why I believe that we are all artists, even if some of us devote our whole life to it.

Since 1990 he has held numerous workshops, lectures, conferences and written articles and books on conscious self-confidence, personal and emotional development and art therapy. In 2009, he launched the Seeds of Peace Research Project, in whose dissemination program he actively participates. Likewise, he develops an art therapist work with the realization of the corresponding workshops.
