I’m Sofia Cucchi, a Milan-based designer, digital artist, and lecturer with over 10 years of experience working across fashion, print, and visual storytelling. My work blends 2D/3D digital tools with textiles and natural materials, creating pieces that explore the uncanny, the surreal, and the beautifully strange. I’m drawn to aesthetics that challenge norms and reframe perception. As a designer, I bring together artistic vision and commercial awareness. I've collaborated with international brands including Moschino, Off-White, Bvlgari, and others, delivering high-impact product design, and concept development. Since 2017, I’ve also been a lecturer at IED Moda Milano, where I teach students how to develop and manage creative assets for fashion printing and visual research. I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of creatives, helping them develop strong design narratives and technical fluency. I hold a degree in Fashion Design from IED Milano, and continued my studies in the arts at Central Saint Martins (UAL) in London. During the pandemic, I expanded my practice through Art Therapy training at Accademia di Brera, integrating a more reflective and human-centered dimension into my work. My practice is grounded in ethics and curiosity, with a focus on sustainability, and the power of visual storytelling to shift perspectives.
