Tommy Bonicelli

Since 2005, I have been developing my ectoplastic aesthetic using plastic materials. Through the use of glue, I transform characters, objects, and landscapes into "soft models," giving them a renewed version of their essence. I collaborate with companies in the plastics industry, bringing art into the workplace as a tool for communication and marketing.

I began my artistic journey as a self-taught artist in 1995, immersed in Street Age Culture.
Driven by a strong interdisciplinary identity, over the years I have expanded my practice to include Performance, Theatre, Photography, Painting, Sculpture and New Media, always with an experimental and innovative approach.

In 2002 I’m graduated at Carrara Fine Art Accademy, in Bergamo, where I studied with renowned artists such as Stefano Arienti, Marco Cingolani, Alessandro Pessoli and Adrian Paci for painting, but I'm getting the fundamental introduction to photography by Italian-American photographer Edoardo Rozzo.


Since 2002 I have been developing the (P.P.Project) Plastic Photography Project, creating my own ectoplastic aesthetic.
