Esther Laforest

I enjoy watching Mother Earth from any angle, appreciating her ever-changing patterns, colors, and scale which are endlessly evolving and renewed art creations.
The human eye has a very limited capacity to capture everything that is present all around us at any given time. With a lens, I am given the opportunity to capture that one moment in time so that I can linger within it, share it, nourish it, and enjoy it for a lifetime. The collection of photographs portrayed on this platform are from my travels around the globe. I hope you will enjoy my photographs as much as I enjoyed shooting them.

Born and raised in France, Esther graduated from Beaux of Art of Chalon-sur-Saône, as an Architecture Major. In the U.S. since 1988, she is currently working as a visual editor for a renowned newspaper and takes photographs in her spare time. She also is a painter/mixed media artist.
